Anyone who is struggling can visit one of the Wandsworth Ethnicity and Mental Health Improvement Project (EMHIP) health and wellbeing hubs, for a warm welcome, a cup of tea and the chance to talk about what’s on their mind. THE ETHNICITY AND MENTAL HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ( EMHIP) IS A COLLECTIVE ENDEAVOUR TO REDUCE INEQUALITIES IN HOW BLACK AND ASIAN PEOPLE IN SOUTH LONDON ACCESS AND EXPERIENCE MENTAL HEALTH CARE, AND THEIR HEALTH OUTCOMES.
The Hub is a hospitable safe space to relax and have a conversation about any life challenges our guests may be experiencing. We work together to identify the support you need, and walk with you for as long as you would like us to. Services provided at the Hub:
